我国房地产过剩及“去库存”问题的政治经济学分析

摘要:

目前我国很多城市出现"鬼城"、"空城"的现象。房地产市场供需不均衡,房价畸高,库存问题严重。本文用马克思的"相对生产过剩"理论分析我国房地产市场供需不均衡的原因,着眼于推进"以人为核心"的新型城镇化,探讨我国房地产业"去库存"的思路与对策。

Abstract:

At present there is a phenomenon of"ghost town"or"empty city"in many cities of our country.The supply and demand in the real estate market are imbalanced with excessively high price of house and serious house inventory.This paper tries to use the theory of"relative overproduction"to analyze the reason of the imbalance between supply and demand of the real estate's market in our country and focuses on promoting a new type of urbanization which is the"humancentered".And it also tries to put forward some measures to reduce the inventory of the real estate.
