十九大报告指出中国特色社会主义进入新时代,意味着中国特色社会主义法治道路、理论、制度、文化不断发展。高校法治文化建设是高校为实现健康、全面、可持续发展的必然保障。通过对我国法治文化发展的历史考察和现状分析,结合习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中关于法治建设的重要理论成果,试图探寻我国高校法治文化建设的有效路径。
Abstract：The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which means the continuous development of the road,theory,system and culture of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities is an inevitable guarantee for colleges and universities to achieve a healthy,comprehensive and sustainable development.Based on the historical investigation and current situation analysis of the development of the rule of law culture in China,and combined with the important theoretical achievements of the rule of law construction in Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper tries to explore the effective path of the construction of the rule of law culture in China's colleges and universities.
