本文通过对关汉卿历史剧《单刀会》全面深入的分析,认为关汉卿在创作此剧时既尊重历史事实,又发挥了自己的主观想象。关汉卿对关羽情有独钟,将他塑造成一个近乎神道的人物,不仅为后世考证关羽是关汉卿远祖的观点提供了资料依据,而且对关汉卿所怀抱的强烈的汉民族感情与拥有的严肃的正统思想给予有力支持。在中国古典戏曲史上,《单刀会》是一部既有深刻思想性又有独特艺术性的优秀杂剧,分析它对准确认识和恰当评价关汉卿的文化品格与历史地位具有很重要的意义。

Through analyzing Guan Hanqing's historical drama The Single-knife Meeting,the author thinks that Guan Han-qing not only respected histrical fact but also brought into his own subjective imagination when he wrote the play.Guan Hanqing had deep feeling to Guan Yu,modeled him as a near supernatural being,not only provided data's basis that the viewpoint of late ages which Guan Hanqing was Guan Yu's remote ancestor,but also strongly sustained Guan Hanqing cherished intensive Han nation feeling and possessed serious orthodox thought.In Chinese history of ancient opera,The Single-knife Meeting is an excellent opera which have profound thought and unique art.It has a very important meaning to analyze the play and exactly understand and evaluate Guan Hanqing's cultural character and historical position.
